Refund Policy
Paid plans:
MCM is a month-to-month, pay-as-you-go service so we don’t provide refunds. You are charged monthly for the service. You can cancel the service at any time and you won’t be charged again, but you are responsible for any charges already incurred.
Free Single Project trial:
MCM offers a free single project trial intended to allow you to experience MCM before you subscribe. You will not be charged for use of this trial version.
A fair refund policy:
We never want our customers to feel unhappy or aggrieved, so our refund policy approach is simple: If you're ever unhappy with MCM, for any reason, just drop us an email at mcm@sussex.ac.uk and we'll take care of you fairly.
